Mr. Young heads our Disability Law Center. He began his disability career writing Federal Appellate Briefs for the Social Security Administration. Thereafter, Mr. Young began representing claimants in 1986 on both a local and national scale. He has handled thousands of cases throughout the country with his primary geographic focus in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. He is an active member of National Organization of Social Security Claimant’s Representatives (NOSSCR) and is also an active ABI, NACBA and Pennsylvania Bar Association member. Mr. Young is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey State and Federal Courts since 1986 and is also accredited to represent Social Security claimants throughout all 50 states. Mr. Young has published disability related articles and has lectured on numerous occasions. Mr. Young has received the distinction of a Superb rated Avvo attorney.
Mr. Young is a life-long Pennsylvania resident who currently resides with his wife and daughter in Holland, Pennsylvania. Outside of law, Mr. Young’s primary interests include sports, politics, music (primarily classic rock and blues), dogs, and medicine.
Ms. Marr-Williams has been handling disability claims for over twelve years and is a former Bucks County District Attorney. She is extremely passionate and zealous in representing her disability clients and is recognized among her peers as one of the most tenacious and dogged claimant representative within the State. Ms. Marr-Williams has represented over 200 Social Security claimants throughout the country with her primary focus being in Pennsylvania including Philadelphia, Montgomery, Bucks, Lehigh and Northampton Counties. She has also represented claimants throughout New Jersey. She is an Active NOSSCR member.
Ms. Marr-Williams is a life-long Bucks County resident who currently resides with her husband, Ron and four children in Quakertown, Pennsylvania. Outside of law, Ms. Marr-Williams’ interests include singing, football and baseball, and charitable work with various Christian groups.
Mr. Schmidt has been practicing four years and has developed a reputation as an excellent litigator and communicator. He has evolved into a successful disability lawyer demonstrating tremendous empathy towards his clients and understanding of the issues. He has become well respected by the Social Security Bar.
Mr. Schmidt was born in Pennsylvania and also lived and went to school in North Carolina. He currently resides in Warrington, Pennsylvania, and his interests include sports, outdoor activities, and charitable work.
